Usage: A flexible, rolling 2-year calendar accommodates owner preferences, with distinct rules for peak, high, mid, and low seasons.

Fees: Annual shared operating costs are $30,000 per share*, covering full maintenance, estate management, hospitality, and concierge services.

Valuation: Properties are independently appraised annually. Share values are adjusted accordingly.

Liquidity: Shares are fully transferable. Legacy Estates offers resale facilitation with priority over new share sales.
